A DIFFERENT WAY TO NOTICE
A pattern. A passing life. A little light.
Come closer. I’ll show you what makes me stop.
NOTICE / THE PHOTOGRAPH ALONG THE WAY
I was walking toward another spot to shoot when this building made me stop. The different colors. The repetition. The patterns.
I’m drawn to symmetry and leading lines, but I also love that raw, local feel—life happening in real time.
Sometimes the photograph is the thing you notice on the way.
FOLLOW / THE LINES THAT DRAW ME IN
Repetition. Leading lines. Extreme contrast.
Sometimes a familiar space becomes something else when you look a little closer.
EXPLORE / HOW IT BEGAN
My interest grew gradually, as phone cameras improved. With the iPhone 12, I began noticing how much I could capture with something already in my pocket.
My first trip to Taiwan opened up travel photography—a new place, and a new reason to keep looking.
TAIWANA road trip along the American West Coast made me want to take photography more seriously.
UNITED STATES / WEST COASTI moved to Taipei to pursue city and street photography, with more of Asia within reach.
TAIPEILOOK CLOSER / LIFE AS IT HAPPENS
People in action. People in their own world.
I love photographing them in their natural form.
SEE DIFFERENTLY / THE LIGHT I FOLLOW
Sunsets. Golden hours. Strong contrasts of light and color. These are the things that draw me in.
Through my photographs, I hope you’ll notice a little more of the beauty around you.
